Registration Information
When registering LivingTime, your name, birthdate, and email address are required to generate and send your unique product registration code. This data may also be used to provide follow-up information regarding your registration. Your personal information is always kept confidential. We do not rent nor share our customer list for any reason, as has been our policy since we began business in 1995.
Lifescope goes to great lengths to protect your personal information. We understand that this is especially important when there is an exchange of credit card, billing, and password information. We limit access of personal information to only those employees who need it to carry out their jobs, and we secure all electronic conduits involved in the transfer of this information. Data is securely disposed of when no longer needed.
Lifescope will never ask you for your name or registration code in an unsolicited email or phone call. You will only be asked for this information when you initiate the contact, and if that information is needed to complete your request. You may also be asked for a phone number where you can be reached for follow-up of an issue.
Registering LivingTime automatically adds you to our customer email list, unless you request otherwise. At any time, you have the option to remove yourself from this list, by emailing postmaster(at)livingtime.com with "remove" in the subject line, from the email address you wish removed.
